Computer Disassembly

Maria and I disassembled a Compaq DeskPro with a Pentium III processor with a single CD-Rom drive, single floppy drive, and a mysterious brown spill on the front. First, we have to take off the case, which is removed my pressing two small side buttons and swiftly pulling forward. Then we removed all of the power and data cables, and proceeded to remove other various parts starting with power supply. After which we removed the RAM sticks which was easily removed with the flick of the two fasteners. The hard drive was removed next by taking off the green plastic sheath covering three screws. The network card was more confusing because it was screwed in to a larger piece and is plugged into the Sound card. Then the cooling fan was removed along with cooling fan cover. Next we proceeded with the CD-Rom accompanied with the Floppy drive. Then the back up battery and speaker were lastly removed.
